Wasn’t thrilled with the vehicle; it had some mechanical issues that made me uneasy during the trip. Still, the staff was polite and responsive when I reported this, trying their best to offer helped solutions quickly. I hope they upgrade their fleet soon because the customer service alone can't make up for it fully.

Yo, gotta say the ride was kinda bumpy and the car smelled weird, but at least the dude at the desk was chill and helped with my bags. Not what I expected for the price tho, and the GPS was acting up, so I got lost a couple times. Wouldn't really recommend if you’re looking for smooth rides or anything top tier, but if you just need something basic, it might work.

Man, the whip I got was straight up beat, like paint peeling and engine making noise. I was mad, but the peeps at TJ's tried to hook me up with another car quick. Didn’t totally fix my vibe, but at least they ain’t ignore you when you holler. Could definitely improve rides tho if they want people back.

Hey folks, used TJ’s Transportation recently. Honestly, the car was kinda outdated, stuff inside was worn out. It did what it had to do, but you could tell they don’t update stuff often. The staff were super friendly and made the booking simple, so points for that! Just gotta be ready for no-frills rides if you go with these guys.
